Home Staging Consultation:

If you have a furnished home and would like to do the staging yourself, Space/Lift can do a room-by room walk through of your home and prepare a property report that outlines the following:

• curb appeal recommendations

• paint color suggestions

• a room-by-room task list

• features that should be enhanced

• ideas for simple updates

 Price: $250

Staging for Furnished Homes:

Your furniture and accessories will be edited and rearranged and the features of your home will be highlighted. If needed, paint colors will be chosen and additional items may be suggested that will further enhance your home to make a great impression.

$100 - initial one hour consultation

$70 per hour for staging (add $30 per hour if an assistant is needed for heavy furniture)

 

Staging for Vacant Properties:

Your home will be staged with furniture and accessories that will turn your vacant property into a home. Without furniture, potential buyers are unable to tell the scale or even the purpose of the room. Empty rooms also appear cold and uninviting.
