School Colors

Here's an interesting article via Sherwin-Williams about how color can impact how students learn and behave. Unfortunately, many schools only allow drab colors on the walls.

this is very interesting. Colors do have a lot of impact, i heard babies cry more in rooms painted yellow, don't know if that's true or not.

Excellent article (I clicked through). This is all so obvious, isn't it - that our immediate environment has a powerful effect on us. Yet it's rarely taken into consideration with the planners and councils, who are supposed to be working on our behalf... Lighting, too, is a part of that (it's mentioned in the piece). Horrid fluorescent strip lighting should be banned!
